The birth of an idea
Renaud departs for India for the launching of a factory in Madras. He goes for professional reasons, but also to satisfy his thirst for adventure and exoticism.
It is during one of his visits to an upscale department store that Erwan notices simple and elegant cufflinks, but at a very high price. He makes a two-fold observation: there isn't a lot of selection in stores and the prices are high. The seeds for the birth of a cufflink brand have been planted in his mind. After having discussed it at length with Renaud, the idea seems clear: offer not only cufflinks at affordable prices, but cufflinks that are out of the ordinary.
